The European One Health Association (EOHA) is a non-profit scientific network committed to advancing the One Health concept — the recognition that the health of humans, animals,and ecosystems are closely interconnected.
EOHA brings together researchers, public institutions, and private partners across Europe to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, share knowledge, and promote the translation of scientific evidence into effective policies and practical solutions.
Through its activities, the Association supports a European and global vision of sustainable health, prevention of emerging threats, and responsible use of resources that safeguard the wellbeing of current and future generations.

The EOHA Annual Scientific Meeting is a European forum for sharing knowledge, presenting innovative research, and strengthening cooperation across human, animal, and environmental health sectors. The 2026 edition, hosted by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in Madrid, marks a milestone for One Health in Europe and aims to become a recognised reference for dialogue and integration.
Through continuous collaboration and shared commitment, EOHA and CSIC aim to strengthen Europe’s preparedness and resilience against emerging health challenges. The EOHA‑ASM 2026 connects science, health, and society to move from knowledge to action.
The EOHA‑ASM 2026 will feature a three‑day programme combining plenary lectures, oral and poster sessions, and interactive round tables focused on the latest advances and challenges in One Health. Detailed schedules and confirmed speakers will be published in early 2026.
